About the Roaster
Every coffee has already traveled a long way before it reaches the cup. It grows under equatorial sun, develops in high mountain climates, passes through harvesting, fermentation, roasting, and grinding, then finally arrives at its most important moment: the final brew. At xBloom, we call this final step the Last Mile. Not every great coffee completes this journey the way it should. Some lose their character along the way. Some are rushed.
