Tart Apples, Pecan, All Spice, Fig Sweetness
This is a lovely sweet and clean washed Honduran coffee from producer Fredy Perez and Onyx Coffee Lab! In the cup we find a tart apple, pecan, fig sweetness, and an allspice note in the finish. This coffee has pointed acidity yet jammier fig-like sweetness alongside nutty undertones of pecan and a spice finish. We suggest you let this coffee cool before tasting to see how the acidity and sweetness balance throughout. We find there to be good harmony between each component of the cup and there to be a distinctive Honduran finish.
For best results, we recommend you rest this coffee for at least 3+ weeks!
