We’re happy to be featuring these two coffees from Onyx and La Cabra that showcase seasonal Fall Flavors! We find sweet apples, figs, red fruits, and more in both of these coffees but they taste distinctively different due to the roasting and regions. Onyx’s Honduras Fredy Perez has beautiful structured acidity in the form of tart apples and a familiar pecan and fig sweetness, while La Cabra’s Colombia Aponte has apple-like sweetness, red fruits, and a floral finish. We recommend you taste these two coffees side by side and enjoy them together!
We recommend you rest both coffees for at least 3+ weeks!
