Desta Meja is a coffee producer in Ethiopia now collaborating with Northshore's good friends at Café Kreyol on processing experiments and quality development while expanding his knowledge of coffee cupping and sensory evaluation. Through this partnership, Desta is conducting processing trials while learning how post-harvest decisions influence cup quality.
