This is an expressive naturally processed Ethiopian from Bekele Yutute roasted by Verve! In the cup we find a fruit forward presentation of red fruits in the form of strawberries, white tea, and tropical fruit/sweetness in the form of apricot. When cooled, the acidity is quite layered and refined giving you a good representation of clean naturals coming from Ethiopia!
