Story
Strawberries, Black Tea, Peach, Blueberries, Sweet

This is a blend of two Panama coffees from Kotowa farm we made from two lots of coffees! This is a blend of two lots: Lot 26 - 936 Duncan Ethiopian and Lot 26 - 937 Duncan Casiopea from Kotowa farms. Both are naturally processed creating a blend of sweet and fruity coffees. We find a fruit forward presentation of strawberries, blueberries, tropical fruit undertones, and a sweet black tea finish. The Casiopea and Ethiopian varietals play well together creating a dynamic yet sweet cup. Let this one cool before tasting!

For best results, we recommend you rest this coffee for at least 3+ weeks!

About the Roaster
Every coffee has already traveled a long way before it reaches the cup. It grows under equatorial sun, develops in high mountain climates, passes through harvesting, fermentation, roasting, and grinding, then finally arrives at its most important moment: the final brew. At xBloom, we call this final step the Last Mile. Not every great coffee completes this journey the way it should. Some lose their character along the way. Some are rushed. Some never get the chance to fully express what made them special in the first place. With Last Mile, our goal is to help each coffee reach the cup with the flavor, clarity, and care it deserves. Through precise temperature, thoughtful pacing, and the right brew recipe, we allow the coffee to open naturally and arrive beautifully.
