Grown at 1,900 meters in Piendamó, Cauca, and produced at Paraíso 92, it reflects a precise, highly controlled approach to processing. A structured fermentation, including yeast inoculation and dual-stage fermentation, delivers clarity, balance, and depth in the cup.
The profile is clean and expressive, with notes of caramel, peach, bergamot, red fruit, cola, and a hint of ginger, supported by refined sweetness and a juicy structure.
