Story

This is a lovely expression of Chiroso from producer Dona Maria Rodriguez! In the cup we find a yellow/tropical leaning presenting cup with peaches, candied lemon, lemongrass, and a light floral jasmine tea finish. You can taste the anaerobic washed processing that boosts the acidity and liveliness of the cup while the finish remains clean and structured. There is a nice juiciness and sweetness from the Chiroso that makes the cup really easy to drink!
