Back in May we released a small batch of Brian's favorite coffees to the xBloom community. Everyone loved it and had been asking him for recommendations ever since. (Re)Introducing "Brian's Secret Stash" - a curated coffee subscription featuring truly unique and interesting coffees, perfect if you are looking for an adventure.
We'd like to think Brian's Secret Stash as a ticket to a global coffee adventure, offering a platform for lesser-known roasters to shine and providing you with a whimsical journey through the world of specialty coffee, where every delivery is a cup never tasted before, a delightful surprise waiting to be discovered.

Orders placed before 10th/25th of every month will receive the listed coffee. Orders placed after 10th/25th will receive the subsequent coffee.

With our subscription or Roast-to-Order, you're in control of what and when you receive your coffee. Our service ensures you'll always have a steady supply of xPods filled with freshly roasted coffee beans delivered right to your door. For subscriptions, simply choose your preferred coffee or collections, and select how often you want it delivered - biweekly, or monthly.

Abelardo Medina Pink Bourbon Washed
This week’s Secret Stash is an exciting release from my friend Christopher Feran of Aviary Coffee (Cleveland, Ohio)! This is an expressive Washed Pink Bourbon from Colombian producer Abelardo Medina with notes of Passionfruit, Oolong, Lemon, and Jasmine. As the coffee cools, I get a dynamic and clean passionfruit acidity that is harmoniously tied with a jasmine note. There is so much detail in this coffee and the extension of acidity is insane. If you’re into loud washed coffee this is gonna be right up your alley. This coffee will open up 4-8 weeks off roast so I suggest you save some of the xpods to experience later on!
