From our friends at People Possession is this insane blend of coffees from Uganda, Costa Rica, and Colombia! In the cup we find passion fruit, tropical acidity, white chocolate, bananas, and expressive fermentation. This is a combo of coffees that showcases a various types of advanced processing with anaerobic natural and orange fruit cofermentation. Pay attention to how each type of processing is at play here and see if you can pick out which origin is creating which flavor note! We find this a super fun coffee to share with those newer to specialty coffee to showcase what is possible.
