In the cup we find a hibiscus forward presenting note that is tied to a sweet candied red fruit and a rose/vanilla finish. The processing level is high on this one and it’s super dynamic and fun to taste! You can taste the natural and co-ferment at play boosting intensity of fruits and sweetness all around.
