Here at xBloom, we’ve been developing our machine carefully over the course of the last year. We’ve been working around the clock to ensure our product is flawless, and last weekend, we were finally ready to show our prototypes to the world.
Our dedicated xBloom team held a coffee tasting event at the Marcell Von Berlin Coffee Lounge in LA, featuring tasty coffee drinks and fun activities.
Attended by coffee industry leaders, our roasting partners, content creators, and of course, our dedicated supporters, the event was a big success, drawing in a crowd of 200+ attendees.
Even a celebrity made an appearance to chat with Richard, our founder and CEO, and experience our impeccable tasting coffee. Check out six-time NBA All-Star and Olympic Gold Medalist Jimmy Butler sampling the coffee with Richard!
Attendees were wowed not only by our elegant machine and our roasting partners, but also by our mission: to bring the perfect cup of pour-over into people’s homes, with minimal effort and cleanup for the user.

And speaking of our roasting partners, one of our goals at xBloom is to build a diverse marketplace that will connect coffee lovers with some of the best roasters out there.
Onyx, Verve, Chromatic, Boxx, Kaveri, and Sightglass were all present at our event.
Regalia, Joe coffee, Counter Culture, Algebraist, and Intelligentsia coffees were also showcased using our machine. These well-established roasters have partnered with us because xBloom’s technology brings out the true flavor inherent in their beans.
With their recipe encrypted on each xPod, you’re tasting exactly what the roasters’ intend for you to taste! Not only do we allow their coffee’s flavor to take center stage, we also share their mission to breathe life into local and global businesses, champion independent suppliers, artisan coffee shops, and tell the stories of incredible growers as well.
But roasters and famous basketball players weren’t the only ones in attendance.
We invited everyday coffee lovers as well as Creators to our event. Besides the delicious free food and copious coffee samples, guests received branded gift bags, stickers, played games about coffee for prizes, and even entered a giveaway to win a $100 gift card!
The day was packed with non-stop fun. We’re so proud to have such an enthusiastic group of roasters, coffee lovers, and experts celebrating this moment with us as our launch date approaches. The response to our machine was overwhelming – and as a result we’re even more excited to deliver the final product to you.
