I was part of the Kickstarter campaign and I really enjoy the machine.
However, it's sad to see that all the new accessories are released for the less expensive Studio than for the premium model. It feels as if the Original's customers were put aside. Not sure I'll buy again from that company.

I was provided a new, replacement Original at very reasonable 'refurbishment' cost after my 2+ yr old Kickstarter Original broke down. My Moccamaster is back on mothballs.

I love the coffee machine, makes amazing coffee. What i hate about this expensive machine is that you pay all this money for it but you cant have the options the cheaper version has. Doesn't make sense to have one that's $800 and have no accessories for it and you have a $500 that has tons of options and accessories. If they made a program you could trade in the original one for the studio id do it in a heartbeat so i could brew tea and other drinks. Just a waste of money to buy another one when i have one that works, just doesn't have any accessories.

I was lucky to have it to be honest , thank you for the best coffee machine in the world , moreover I need your kind support about how to clean the machine according to manual user should be 300 days clean but I don’t know how , can you please share video about how to clean the machine ? Thank you
