This is the next iteration of the New School! This time with a Lychee forward profile. We taste a clean vibrant acidity presentation from the Ethiopian component of this blend but with a super sweet lychee and a sweet milk chocolate finish. This cup is sweet, refreshing, and bursting with two very different types of acidity. It's super fun to sip on and great as an iced pour-over!
To Brew Iced Pour-over
1. Weigh out 80-100g of ice
2. Load coffee into xBloom's grinder and scan the recipe card
