This is the next iteration of the New School! This time with a Lychee forward profile. We taste a clean vibrant acidity presentation from the Ethiopian component of this blend but with a super sweet lychee and a sweet milk chocolate finish from the lychee co-ferment. This cup is sweet, refreshing, and bursting with two very different types of acidity. It's fun to sip on and great as an iced pour-over!
For optimal brewing, let this coffee rest for at least 2 weeks before brewing!
