The credit is delivered to your email after purchase, and can be used toward any one-time purchase of coffee or tea on our store. Perfect for discovering new roasts and brewing your next favorite cup.

1. The offer
The xBloom Coffee & Tea Credit (the "Credit") is a promotional credit issued by TBDx Inc. ("xBloom") with the purchase of a qualifying xBloom Studio machine. The Credit is provided free as part of a sales promotion. It is not a gift card that you purchase, and no money or other value is exchanged for the Credit itself. The Credit is issued for promotional purposes only and is redeemed as a single-use coupon code applied at checkout.
2. Offer period and eligibility
The Credit is available only for qualifying purchases of a new xBloom Studio machine made directly at xbloom.com and shipped to an address in the United States or Canada, during the promotional period. The promotional period, Credit value, and expiration are determined by the purchase and issuance dates that apply to your order. The offer is not retroactive unless stated otherwise. xBloom may start, pause, change, or end the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not affect a Credit that has already been issued to you.
3. Credit value
The Credit value is $20 USD, applied to U.S. and Canadian orders alike. Limit one (1) Credit per qualifying order.
4. How the Credit is issued
The Credit is issued by email as a single-use coupon code after your xBloom Studio order ships. No separate sign up or registration is required. The Credit is tied to the email address used for the qualifying purchase.
5. How the Credit can be used
The Credit is valid only at xbloom.com toward a one-time purchase of coffee or tea products (including xPods, roaster bags, and tea under the All Coffee & Tea Collection). It is redeemed by entering the coupon code at checkout, using the same email address used for the qualifying xBloom Studio purchase.
The Credit:
- Is valid for one-time purchases only and cannot be applied to subscriptions or recurring orders.
- Cannot be applied to machines, hardware, accessories, shipping, taxes, or gift cards.
- Is applied as a one-time discount of up to its value on a single order. Any unused value is not retained, refunded, or carried forward.
- Cannot be combined with another xBloom Coffee & Tea Credit on the same order.
- Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. When the Credit expires
The Credit is valid for [twelve (12) months] from the date it is issued. After that date the Credit expires and is void. The expiration date is stated in the email that delivers your Credit. Because the Credit is a promotional credit issued for free, it carries this expiration date.
7. Fees
No fees apply to the Credit. There are no activation, dormancy, inactivity, or service fees.
8. Transfers
The Credit is non-transferable and may only be redeemed using the email address used for the qualifying purchase.
9. Returns and refunds
If you return the qualifying xBloom Studio machine, the associated Credit is void. If the Credit has already been used, xBloom may deduct the used value of the Credit from your refund.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, xBloom's total liability relating to the Credit is limited to its face value.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
12. United States, state-specific terms
California residents. Where required by California law, any portion of a Credit that qualifies as a gift certificate under California Civil Code section 1749.5 may be redeemable for its cash value in the limited circumstances that law provides.
New Jersey residents. Nothing in these terms limits or waives any right available to you under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.).
13. Canada
The Credit is a promotional credit issued free with a qualifying purchase. Provincial and territorial consumer protection laws that restrict expiry dates on prepaid purchase cards generally do not apply to promotional credits issued at no separate charge, but your local rights are preserved where they apply.
