The Future has been a beloved staple on Black and White’s menu, showcasing excellence in processing techniques, especially anaerobic fermentation.
After last year’s successful “Tequila Sunrise,” we’ve partnered with Black & White to create an xBloom Exclusive version of The Future. This blend celebrates the changing seasons with flavors inspired by that iconic cocktail. While we couldn’t replicate the sunrise effect in black coffee, we’ve captured the spirit and crushability of the cocktail. Notes of pomegranate, pineapple, passionfruit, and tropical punch create a tropical escape that might just transport you to a faraway beach.
Processing: We blended three unique Colombian coffees: a thermal shock processed coffee from Diego Bermudez and two co-fermented coffees from top fermentation experts. These coffees, when combined, bring fresh, fruity vibes and nuanced flavors.
