    This ruined my cofounder for “regular coffee”

    He had to listen to me go on and on about how great this new machine I had preordered for our office was going to be. To his credit, he humored me but I know he thought I was kind of nuts in my coffee geekery...then I handed him his first cup—Ghost Rider—and deep skepticism turned to, “OMG it’s like trying great bourbon for the first time! Now I understand! I can finally taste the fruit flavors they put on the bag!” That was a pod. I also got the loose beans which I’ve been a bit more adventurous with in terms of trying various recipes including Proud Mary’s “Wild” which might be my favorite so far. Big blueberry, chocolate, and a lovely balance of acidity and sweetness. One of my faves for sure and a wonderful daily drinker which will stay on regular rotation around here.
