This Secret Stash release is an amazing clean washed Sidra from Esnaider Ortega roasted by Kyle Rowsell of September Coffee! I’m really excited to be featuring a Sidra as it’s an exciting varietal that oftentimes has high sweetness and florality. This roast is clean, bright, juicy, and emphasizes some nice florality in the finish. As the coffee cools there’s a nice structured berry and citrus acidity and it finishes sweet and floral. I suggest you brew this coffee.
