xBloom lets you rent a new or like-new coffee maker, along with a coffee starter pack and Omni Dripper 2, for one simple monthly fee. Each plan includes no-cost replacements for problems arising from normal use for as long as you subscribe, and if your unit ever has an issue, we’ll repair or replace it fast—often by sending a second unit.

Subscribing to xBloom is not a financing or rent-to-own arrangement, so there's no long-term payment commitment, installments, or requirement to buy the product.

Enjoy a no-cost replacement for any problem arising from normal use. Your product is eligible as long as payments remain current. In cases of severe damage from misuse or abuse, a damage fee may apply up to full replacement cost.

You can cancel anytime by contacting us or logging into your account with password-less login at customers.fragile.co. You will no longer make recurring subscription payments under the subscription after you cancel. We’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can pack and ship your items. 

There are no cancellation or shipping fees. If you don’t return your item within 7 days, you may be assessed fees for continued possession of the rental equipment. In cases of severe damage from misuse or abuse, a damage fee may apply.

To enter into the subscription agreement, you must be at least 18 years old. A valid U.S. government-issued ID is required to verify your age and identity. You must also reside within the contiguous 48 United States, as we do not offer rental plans in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or locations outside of the U.S.
