This one is for the fruity and floral coffee lovers! We’re teaming up with Modcup for this release of Wilton Benitez’s Yellow Bourbon, a super expressive process forward coffee that showcases advanced fermentation. We taste sweet oranges tied to big florals and juicy fruits with a very layered expression. Once cooled there is a ton of florality and a distinct rosehip and lavender note appears. Every sip is expressive and fun. This coffee is a fantastic representation of advanced processing in coffee!
