What if there’s an issue with my xBloom Studio? Is there a warranty?
Yes, your product is covered under warranty for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If your product breaks or is defective, just let us know, and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.

How is xBloom Flex different from financing or a rent-to-own program?
xBloom Flex is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.

How do cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

Used to buy the expensive all-in-one machines but was always disappointed with everything they made. The simple cups of coffee made by this machine taste as good as a $10 pour over at my local coffee shop. Making coffee can be as simple as pressing a button or as complex as you want for someone really trying to figure out how to make the perfect pour over. Huge fan of the Machine so far.

Ultimately, this is a powerhouse of a brewer. I'm a pour-over-every-morning type of person. So when I say I don't miss hand brewing, it's because, low-key, I still feel like I'm hand brewing. It feels like you're overseeing the process because there are so many customizable options available through the app. I love that I can save recipes and get my wife to make coffee when it was a bigger ask before. I might gift one to my mom, who is just getting into coffee, but I know she won't geek out about all the tools and equipment required to set up your home coffee station.

I’ve really been enjoying my xBloom Studio so far. The workflow is smooth, and I love how consistent the brews come out—every cup feels repeatable and reliable. I especially like that I can fine-tune recipes online or directly through the app, which adds a lot of flexibility.
That said, I do wish the water temperature ran hotter, since it feels a bit lukewarm compared to what I expected. Hopefully I can perform some tests and determine if this is a defect. Also, about half of the xBloom pods in my starter package had opened and spilled in the bag, though the others were fine and brewed decently.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the machine and think it’s a solid product—it just has a few areas that could be improved to really shine.

5 Stars! I was skeptical at first because of the price, but the xbloom studio is worth every penny. The coffee is incredible; I can taste every distinct flavor note in a way I've never experienced with other machines. If you love coffee, this is a highly recommended purchase.
