The Future has been a beloved staple on Black and White’s menu, showcasing excellence in advanced processing techniques. This release of the Future is Champagne New Year, we taste an explosion of florality, tropical acidity, citrus, refined acidity, and stone fruits. This is one of the loudest presentations of the Future yet and is a great way to celebrate the beginning of the New Year. This coffee can be enjoyed hot or iced and is a very impressive feature of advanced coffee processing!
From Black and White:
The result is a cup of coffee worthy of a toast! With a light texture, vibrant acidity, and fresh sweetness, it certainly encapsulates the spirit of something sparkling, special, and effervescent. The cup unfurls with floral aromatics, ushered in by the Los Nogales component. As the coffee slips through your lips, white flower scents meld with white grape acidity to convey sauvignon blanc. As true of this wine varietal, citrus rushes below the surface, alternating bursts of grapefruit, mandarin, lime, and lemon. At the finish, a surprising new note arises: like stone fruit but even sweeter, reminding us of peach rings.
