In the cup I get massive florals, grapes, lavender, bergamot, and a long linger of honey. When cooled, there is amazing structure, layering, and cleanliness. This is a classic example of a well produced washed Gesha and why enthusiasts continue to return to these types of coffees. Please let this coffee cool to near room temperature for the best experience!
Additionally, I recommend you rest this coffee for at least 3-4 weeks before brewing and experiment with pushing the coffee into larger ratios. This is a coffee that will really open up with time and can be expressed in so many different ways.
