This release for Secret Stash is a super unique naturally processed El Salvador gesha from Intelligentsia. This is one of the first times I have ever tasted gesha grown in El Salvador and this expression is fruit forward, sweet, and floral. I taste stone fruits, juniper, bergamot, and sweet nutty El Salvador terroir undertones. There is fantastic structure and the body of this coffee is tactile and sweet. When cooled, the cup really reminds me of a washed panama gesha profile with the bergamot and jasmine! 


Please let this rest for at least 3-4 weeks for best results. You can also push this coffee into the 1:18 range and it’ll hold up.
