We're happy to be featuring this coffee from our friends at Torque coffee! This is a double anaerobic processed caturra that is expressive, sweet, and suuuuper fruity. Sipping on this reminds us of taking a yellow fruit hard candy and letting it melt on your tongue. It's super sweet and leaves a long layered linger on your palate. This coffee is processed by the Penas Blancas Coffee Processing Center which is led by Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara and is a fantastic example of advanced fermentation elevating coffee quality.
We find this coffee to open up with at least 2-3 weeks of rest and can be brewed with a variety of recipes!

BomBón is a Double Anaerobic processed coffee that undergoes two different anaerobic processing steps. First whole coffee cherries are processed in stainless steel tanks anaerobically for 72 hours, followed by depulping and a second longer anaerobic processing. Finally they use large dehumidifiers to perfectly dry the coffee preserving all of the aromatics and volatile compounds.
