Yes! Both whole bag beans and xPods include recipe cards to help you start brewing right away. (For the EU market, whole bag beans currently have digital recipe cards.)

Yes! You can adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time under the “My Subscriptions” section in the “Orders” page of your account. Changes will take effect with your next scheduled delivery.

Please take some photos of the damaged item, its packaging, or what you received, and then contact our customer service team at support@xbloom.com. We’ll be happy to assist you promptly.
How should I store my xPods?
How should I store my xPods?
For unopened bags, the beans will keep their flavor longer if stored in a dry place away from moisture. Once the bag is opened, if you can’t enjoy all the xPods right away, we recommend storing them in an airtight container or sealing the bag and keeping it in the freezer.
