Yes! All xBloom cups are fully compatible with both Studio and Original models. You can also use your own cup — just make sure it’s within 10cm in height.

Generally, we ship within 2–5 business days. If you haven’t received your tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at support@xbloom.com.

Please take some photos of the damaged item, its packaging, or what you received, and then contact our customer service team at support@xbloom.com. We’ll be happy to assist you promptly.

You can log into your account and go to the “Orders” page to see the status of your orders. The status will be updated as your order moves through processing and shipping.
