Back in May of 2023 we released a small batch of Brian's favorite coffees to the xBloom community. Everyone loved it and had been asking him for recommendations ever since. (Re)Introducing "Brian's Secret Stash" - a curated coffee subscription featuring truly unique and interesting coffees, perfect if you are looking for an adventure.
We'd like to think Brian's Secret Stash as a ticket to a global coffee adventure, offering a platform for lesser-known roasters to shine and providing you with a whimsical journey through the world of specialty coffee, where every delivery is a cup never tasted before, a delightful surprise waiting to be discovered.

Orders placed before 10th/25th of every month will receive the listed coffee. Orders placed after 10th/25th will receive the subsequent coffee.

With our subscription or Roast-to-Order, you're in control of what and when you receive your coffee. Our service ensures you'll always have a steady supply of xPods filled with freshly roasted coffee beans delivered right to your door. For subscriptions, simply choose your preferred coffee or collections, and select how often you want it delivered - biweekly, or monthly.

This release of Secret Stash is an incredible blend of Guatemalan Geshas (2 washed + 1 honey) from Christopher Feran’s roastery Aviary. The result is a super dynamic and vibrant cup bursting with crisp raspberries, citrus, all tied to a jasmine tea profile that has a floral and clean finish. When cooled, the acidity is incredibly layered presenting both red fruits and tropical notes. I find the dynamic presentation of acidity in this blend to be the most interesting part. There’s a lot happening in this cup and I’m excited for you all to taste! Christopher cupped through 18 different lots before creating this blend and we’re one of the first to be featuring it. Please let this coffee rest for at least 3 weeks before brewing! The acidity is going to become much more dynamic and pop. We suggest you experiment with different recipes such as a coarser and faster flowrate.
