This is our first time ever tasting a naturally processed Ecuadorian typica mejorado! Typica Mejorado's are generally subtle, layered, and floral especially in the washed process. This coffee is a different type of presentation due to the natural process where we find heavier fruit notes and a violet florality that lingers on your tongue. With Apollon's gold coffees we recommend you rest them for at least 45 days before brewing! 

 

A delicious Mejorado from our favorite terroir in Ecuador, Zamora Chinchipe, that also is our very first Mejorado natural. Her coffee is very nicely processed and achieves great balance between the cultivar's potential and the natural process flavors. Expect muscat, mangosteen and violet florals.
