We taste really a round and sweet presentation of tropical acidity all tied to a honeydew finish. This is a very straight forward representation of the 74518 varietal and higher altitude naturally processed Ethiopian coffees. We really enjoy this type of profile and with Apollon's Gold's roasting style it'll only get better with time!

 

With Apollon's Gold coffees please let them rest for at least 45-60 days before brewing. For this coffee we even suggest you rest it out for 75-90 days and see how the coffee transforms over time!
