Bright lime and kumquat with jasmine florals.
This is an incredibly unique presentation of Ethiopian coffee! We find bright lime acidity, sweet jasmine tea, and a white chocolate finish. The overall presentation is super sweet with good intensity making all of the notes are very easy to pick out. There's a good level of fermentation in this coffee but it is well controlled so the entire drinking experience is dynamic but enjoyable.
Don't forget your reusable lid to seal People Possession cans!
We recommend you rest this coffee for at least 4+ weeks for best results.
