Raspberries, tropical acidity, currants, green strawberry, yellow florals! This is a fantastic expression of Pink Bourbon from Wilson Alba. We taste a vibrant and complex presentation of red and tropical acidity, lovely sweetness, and a clean expression of flavors. 

 

We recommend you rest this coffee for at least 3 weeks before brewing!

What a lovely and unique lot from Wilson Alba this year. His Pink Bourbon is consistently one or our favorites each season. This harvest of Bourbon Rosado is full of red berry sweetness and a firm acidity.  Medium+ body, medium+ acidity with high sweetness. We get notes of ruby grapefruit, raspberry, red current, green strawberry, lemon with a long, delicate floral finish.
