This is a fascinating presentation of Oolong tea with incredible clarity, delicate notes, and a super clean presentation. We taste a floral forward gardenia notes, sweet honeysuckle, and a delicate osmanthus finish. Each note is super structured while the entire cup leaves as very clean and delicate sweetness on your tongue. If you brew this tea longer the mouthfeel completely transforms creating a heavier honey-like sweetness in the cup!
