Bright, expressive, stone fruit, silky, round, oolong tea!

This is a lovely expression of Colombian Washed Gesha from producer Raquel Lasso! We get expressive stone fruits, citrus, layered acidity, oolong tea, and a round finish. The presentation and body is tea like with silky notes. When cooled there is fantastic structure of acidity and the cup becomes even louder and sweeter! This is a super tasty and proper presentation of well processed washed coffees.

For optimal results we recommend you to rest this coffee for at least 2-3 weeks before brewing!

This specific microlot is from Raquel Lasso, owner and operator of Finca La Bohemia and president of FUDAM. FUDAM (Fundación Agraria y Ambiental Para el Desarrollo Sostentible) is a well-known association known for their commitment to environmental protection and development. Outside of her duties at FUDAM, Raquel manages and maintains her farm, Finca La Bohemia with a quality-driven mindset. This cup is attractive in so many ways: we get a bright profile driven by a silky undertones and sweet, ripe stone fruit.
