"This is the last release for Secret Stash in 2025 and it will be ready to brew over the Holidays! I am proud to be featuring this naturally processed Excelsa from Mooleh Manay roasted by Tanya Rao of Kaveri Coffee. This is a wonderful presentation of Indian coffee and how far these coffees have come. 


In the cup I find a tropical acidity, citrus, ginger candy, and a buttery and peanut butter finish. When cooled, the entire cup becomes much more structured with a prominent ginger and citrus note popping up. This might be the first time you have tasted Indian coffee with this level of expressiveness and this is what has greatly impressed me! "
