This is one of the most expressive blends we've come across and we're happy to be featuring it! This is a blend of a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee and a Colombian Cherry Co-fermented Castillo concocted by our friends at People Possession. When hot, there's a candy-like red fruit presentation, intense sweetness, and a long finish. When cooled, there's good structure of acidity that forms with a citrus note that pops and the entire cup becomes even louder. This is one fun coffee!
