(Re)Introducing "Brian's Secret Stash" - a curated coffee subscription featuring truly unique and interesting coffees, perfect if you are looking for an adventure.

Fazenda Um Natural Dark Room Pink Bourbon
This week’s Secret Stash comes from my friend Boram Um (World Barista Champion 2023) and his family farm Fazenda Um! This naturally processed dark room dried Pink Bourbon is one of the most unique Brazillian coffees I have ever tasted and is a fantastic representation of terroir and processing of the region. I taste stone fruits, a creamy body, and honey sweetness. There is amazing texture, body, and sweetness all under a familiar Brazil flavor profile. When cooled, there is a lovely balance between stone fruit acidity and honey sweetness. The body becomes even bigger and there’s tons of layering in the cup. I recommend you rest this coffee for at least 3-4 weeks for best results! This coffee was roasted by ULT Coffee in Japan which was recently started by Boram and his team! We will be featuring more of his coffees in the coming months.
