Story
Silky citrus and floral notes in a vibrant Ethiopian blend.

Sweet, floral, citrus, round, clean and easy to sip on

Counter Culture's Apollo is back! We taste a classic presentation of Ethiopian coffee with lovely citrus, a silky body, and clean citrus acidity. The cup presentation is round, balanced, and leaves a lingering sweetness. This is perfect for someone looking for a very straightforward and proper single origin coffee that showcases Ethiopian terroir.

We really like this coffee with at least 2-3 weeks of rest and find it to open up with more time.

From Counter Culture:

Experience the magic of Ethiopian coffee in every cup. Apollo is a year-round celebration of the delightful floral and citrus notes that Ethiopian coffees are renowned for. This special blend is thoughtfully roasted to showcase the coffee’s true flavors and honor Ethiopia's historical contribution of coffee to the global culture.
