This week’s Secret Stash is from our friends Standout Coffee from Stockholm, Sweden! This is an Anaerobic Yeast Thermal Shock Washed Rosado from producer Jorge Mira. This is one of the sweetest coffees I have tasted in recent memory so be prepared! When the coffee is hot I taste a sweet ripe peach and when cooled down there’s a really nice passion fruit acidity that appears.
