This is a clean and intense presentation of Ethiopian coffee! We find structured tropical notes, juicy and tart acidity, and sweet honeysuckle. This is a dynamic expression of Ethiopian coffee that has big intensity with acidity bursting in each sip and nice layering! Let this one cool.

With Apollon's Gold coffees please let them rest for at least 45-60 days before brewing. For this coffee we even suggest you rest it out for 75-90 days and see how the coffee transforms over time! 

From Apollon's Gold: 

This is our very first time trying a coffee from Mulish washing station, located in Guji, Ethiopia. We are truly impressed with its very intense and rich body structure. Super juicy, very tart that is right enough to display its vibrant floral notes.

In the cup, we found juicy nectarine followed by sweet honeysuckle and hints of lavender in the finish.
