This is a beautiful representation of what is possible with washed coffee! This washed gesha placed 5th in the Honduras Cup of Excellence competition and scored 90.04 and it's one of the most floral and complex coffees we've ever tasted. In the cup we find vibrant and crisp acidity in the form of red apples, incredible florality, and a very high level of cleanliness. This coffee should be enjoyed and shared with others!  

 

Please let this coffee rest! We've found with this coffee at least 3 weeks of rest will allow this things to open up. You can also experiment with extended brew times to push the coffee harder and see how the acidity transforms.
