El Triangulo is back! This is one of the best expressions of Honduran terroir we've experienced and this year's release is more floral than ever. We find a floral forward presentation with lovely structured tropical acidity and a delicate but clean finish. When cooled, there is beautiful harmony between acidity and florality. This one's a treat. 

With Apollon's Gold coffees please let them rest for at least 45-60 days before brewing. For this coffee we even suggest you rest it out for 75-90 days and see how the coffee transforms over time!

El Triangulo has been our annual regular lineup and flagship coffee since 2021, that represents our long term friendship with Wingo.

While this coffee has always been our long term favorite coffee, perhaps this harvest is one of the best El Triangulo from them (if this is #2 then we would say 2022 lot was the #1). Unlike our previous favorite harvest (2022), this coffee is more like a Geisha flavor driven coffee and extremely floral. Perhaps the most floral Geisha we have sourced this year so far.  

Expect Yuzu citrus, distinct florals of lavender, followed by perfumed honeydew flavors. This coffee is perfumed and floral with jasmine vibes throughout.
