Crisp citrus, deep sweetness, red currants and acidity!
This expression of the Parainema varietal is crispy, sweet, and clean! When hot, we taste clean citrus acidity followed by a very deep caramel sweetness. When cooled, a currant acidity starts to appear with the entire cup becoming heavier in body with the sweetness sticking on your palate. The overall presentation is clean but expressive, allowing you to taste the main components of acidity and sweetness easily. We've really enjoyed this offering from La Cabra!
