Bright, tropical and lively Pink Bourbon! This is a great example of a classic expressive PB profile. If you've never tasted a cleanly roasted Colombian PInk Bourbon this is a great choice. When hot, we find really nice sweetness and acidity but when this coffee cools that's where everything opens up! Once cooled, we taste bright redfruits (strawberries), citrus acidity, and subtle florality. This is a really nice daily driver!

This vibrant and fruit forward naturally processed Rwandan Bourbon makes for a really sweet cup! We taste a loud and fruit forward red fruit note tied together with a round and sweet jammy finish. We suggest you let this coffee cool as the red fruit acidity starts to really pop. We find the heavier fruit presentation to be a great example of naturally processed Rwandan coffee!
