This expression of Chiroso is tasting amazing with intense levels of florals and red fruits and high levels of sweetness. In the cup I find there to be a strong presentation of red fruits in the form of raspberry\/strawberry, amazing body and sweetness, and a peach\/tropical tea finish. When cooled, the acidity becomes structured and extremely vibrant with amazing layering and the overall cup presentation is very clean with a rounder and sweet finish.
