Founded in 2009 by Faysel Abdosh, Testi has earned a reputation for innovation and uncompromising quality, with its premium-preparation approach emphasizing meticulous cherry selection and sorting. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eQuality is upheld through rigorous processing at every stage. Only perfectly ripe cherries are accepted, with underripe, overripe, and defective fruit removed before the coffee undergoes density separation in flotation tanks, where only the healthiest, densest cherries are retained.
