This is an anaerobic washed Pink Bourbon from producer Faver Ninco and it is LOUD. In the cup, I find all of the classic Pink Bourbon notes like Pink Lemonade\/Hibiscus, Bright Red Fruits in the form of raspberries, and clean white florals with high levels of sweetness. This coffee is very loud and showcases why we all love Pink Bourbons especially due to how dynamic the acidity presents and it really makes a strong impression due to how everything is boosted from the fermentation.
