What if there’s an issue with my xBloom Studio? Is there a warranty?
Yes, your product is covered under warranty for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If your product breaks or is defective, just let us know, and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.

How is xBloom Flex different from financing or a rent-to-own program?
xBloom Flex is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.

How do cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any subscription payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. You must use the packaging your order was originally delivered in. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription. If you don’t return your item, your subscription payments will continue as normal.

I've always wanted to get into pourovers, however I dont have the space nor the time. This was the answer and I have not been disappointed thus far. The app is a life saver and allows me to tailer cups to my preference. The pods are too easy and I've been having a blast exploring all types of coffees and recipes. The water reservoir is a bit small for my liking so I have have my machine plumbed in via a 1g jug. My only issues was the Omni dripper sagging which I fixed with 2 small pieces of electrical tape. Also, the grooves on the dripper that holds the flow cap chipped off after my 3rd use which was disappointing. While I received for free with purchase I expected it to hold up considering its a $40 item. While I'd like a new one because it works so well I'll most likely will find another dripper option that's better put together. Ither than that I'm satisfied and happy with my purchase. I use it daily.

Before we bought these machines we would spend time doing pour-overs manually, which was good. But we ended up getting frustrated after a few years of doing this since we'd not have time to stand there and wait for each pour to drain or we'd want to make smaller batches. There were also times were it would take time to dial-in the grind settings for new batches of beans. So when we first heard about the Xbloom and its ease of use we were sold. We like that we can bring our own beans, but also that they offer the pods which gives us a fun and easy way to try new things. Best of all, for us, is that it's single serving so it's easy to make one-off cups at the touch of a button. Highly recommend!

I love this machine, it's not perfect but it is close.
I read hundreds of reviews, the *** and the good ones. What I have seen is that a lot of the negative issues have been addressed by Xbloom. Like the filter basket, my filter baskets seats level. One review said you could only pour a 10 oz coffee but you can pour up to a 375ML coffee and that is 12.6 oz cup. Also, it is easy if you want to add even more water at the end of the cycle, just a push of the button and add as much water as you want.
The water storage on the back of the machine is small but you have the option of plumbing in a water line to the back of the machine. I purchased the xbloom regulator valve kit, it's a little pricey at $129.00 but it made it real easy to install. One note, when you turn the water on and try to vent the air out thru the regulator it will let water go thru the regulator valve, the ebloom must have a pump inside that pulls the water thru the valve. I vented the air out before I attach the water line to the regulator valve. It is nice not to have to keep adding water to the back of the unit.
My wife thought I was crazy to spend $600 bucks on a coffee machine, but she loves the taste of her morning coffee now. She now doesn't think it's crazy anymore!
It's real easy to use the app and program your coffee procedure. I do wish you could save my coffee recipe on the machine so i didn't have to use my phone all the time or be able to program a card for it and then my wife could make her own…
