30-Day Money Back Guarantee

xBloom.com purchases carry a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your xBloom machine, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges (unless product defects, in which case we will cover shipping charges). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Items returned must include all parts, in original packaging and like-new condition. Value of gifts /non-returnable items will be deducted from the refund.

Your credit will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of your return and will post to your original payment method used to make the purchase. Gift returns will be issued in store credit.

Orders shipped internationally (outside US and Canada) : 

Original shipping fees (if any)  and duty fees/tax are nonrefundable (unless defects).

Pod/Subscription Returns/Exchange/Cancellations

You can cancel/modify an order/subscription on Goods that have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, we’re sorry, but Goods are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

One-Year Limited Product Warranty

We offer one-year limited warranty (upon delivery) on machines purchased directly from us only. 

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in every xBloom product you purchase during the applicable warranty period, subject to certain exceptions. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product. xBloom may change the availability of limited warranties, at our discretion, but any changes we make will not be applied retroactively. 

Please note that we do not provide warranty coverage for:

  • Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or misuse.
  • Usage that is not in accordance with xBloom product instructions.
  • Products that are used outside of North America (i.e. U.S. and Canada).
  • Products with missing or altered serial numbers.
  • Products that have had their housings opened or have otherwise been tampered with.
  • Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components.
  • Problems caused by using non xBloom pods.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@xbloom.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. If possible, include photos. 

Please allow up to seven (7) days for us to review your claim, after which we will inform you if and how the issue will be resolved.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Gift returns will be issued in store credit.
